If you’re already working with us, you have probably noticed how different our Client Care experience is. We are obsessed with high-quality service and we want you to see and experience it in every interaction you have with Freightera.
You might also already know that the freight industry is a tough one to serve. The details of each shipment are different and nuanced. Carriers’ work is stressful and they are often over capacity. Things can go wrong. Miscommunication happens. Difficult situations happen. We can’t promise that nothing could ever happen to your shipment, what we can promise is that we’ll always do our best for you.

When we worked with the team on our values, we put all the ideas together and found that we could summarize them in 7 words starting with the letter C.
“Care” was undeniably the biggest one for all of us. We care about our customers and their freight as if it were our own, and it starts with care for each other inside our company. That care then spills out to our customers and partners. If people on our team wouldn’t feel cared for, it would be hard for them to genuinely care for others. We cherish and cultivate caring relationships.
Naturally, having each other’s back makes working together and solving problems easier. A caring and respectful attitude is at the core of our culture. That’s how we get at the end of the day to Easy Shipping with Freightera’s 7 Cs.
Culture of “A” Players
We’ll win because we are committed to “A” player performance, strive for high goals, and skip excuses. Everyone in our team is a stakeholder, a shareholder after one year with the company. That’s why every single member of our team is committed to providing the best possible service to all customers every time. We take pride in how we do things.

We treat our customers’ freight as our own, going the extra mile to assist with safe and on-time deliveries. We are fast and
super-responsive to our customers and teammates, knowing that delays and uncertainties are stressful. We care for each other as friends and family which spills out to our customers, carriers, and partners.
Creativity
We bring creativity and innovation to everyday work. From coming up with solutions to make our and our clients’ lives easier, to making sure the stressful nature of our industry doesn’t stop us from enjoying our work every day.
Can-Do Attitude
Our positive energy and can-do attitude help us solve impossible problems and get difficult stuff done. No problem is too big, and no client is too small!
Continuous Improvement
We continuously improve our services, processes, and business results. We always simplify for ease of use and convenience, making shipping as hassle-free as possible for our customers.
