• extra charges were incurred by the shipper.

  • $50 within 25 miles
  • $2 per mile outside 25-mile radius
• Missed Delivery
  • $50 within 25 miles
  • $2 per mile outside 25-mile radius
• Waiting Time
  • $50 per hour
  • Maximum of $300 per day, includes overnight layover
• Shipment stuck in bond
  • Bond fee
  • Mileage, if needed to retrieve the goods
  • Redelivery charge
• Special Services required without shipper requesting
  • Defaults to rate carrier offers for service
  • To be negotiated if carrier does not offer service
• Extra Skids or Overweight
  • Defaults to rate carrier offers for the correct number of skids or actual weight
  • To be negotiated if carrier does not offer
