Missing coupons or email updates?
Have you been wondering why you’re not getting emails about newly earned coupons or special offers from Freightera? We don’t want you to miss out on coupons and important updates, so here are a few common reasons why our emails might not be reaching your inbox and what you can do to fix it.
Check Your Coupons & Referrals Page
Whether you’ve missed a coupon email or you just want to see if you have any deals waiting for you, you can log into your Freightera account and go to your “Referrals & Coupons” page.
This section shows you all of your available coupon codes, their expiration dates, and whether they are valid or not. Even if you didn’t receive an email, your coupons will still appear here.
Check Your Spam And Junk Folders
Emails from us may sometimes land in your spam/junk folders, especially if you’ve never interacted with them before. Search for “Freightera” in your email folders. If you use Gmail, you’ll want to include the Promotions or Updates tabs and mark our messages as “Not Spam” if you find them there. Adding [email protected] (as well as other Freightera emails and your sales rep’s email) to your contacts or whitelist will also help.
Check Whether You’ve Unsubscribed or Blocked Our Domain
It’s possible that you, or your email provider, unsubscribed from our marketing or promotional messages. If you previously clicked “unsubscribe” in one of our emails, that means that we’ve stopped sending new offers per your request. Contact our Client Care team at (800) 886-4870 Ext. 1 or email us at [email protected] if you’d like to resubscribe. They can help ensure you’re opted in to receive all of our shipping tips, coupons, and updates.
Have You Changed Your Email or Do We Have an Inactive Email Address?
If you recently changed your email or if for whatever reason the one on file is no longer active, double-check your account settings. Make sure that your contact information is up to date in case of a former employee leaving or any other change of contact.
